Life Poetry is a compilation of emotions that I have experienced throughout my life. Most of the poems in this book represent my journey from overcoming the scars of my past, to learning to love myself, and to eventually finding love in my husband and my son. I have experienced all of these emotions, from pain to joy. These poems run the gamut from simple observations to recollections of experiences that affected my life profoundly. I have learned, suffered, and grown from these experiences and have been healed in the process. This journey has taught me that life is to be experienced in all its ups and downs. My hope is that whoever reads these poems will be changed in some way. Thank you, and may God bless the readers of this book.

By Shanae- Owner of Sparkle and Spikes The plan was to read a couple of poems, sit the book down and come back later for more. After reading 2 poems, my plan quickly changed. Within just a few pages C.M. Krishack took me on a roller coaster of emotions-- from excitement, to reflection to a feeling of empowerment. Her poems are more than just words...she has the unique ability to connect with the soul. She is not just a poet. She's a story teller, a motivator and in most cases, a therapist. It's a talent that many work hard to have but fail to achieve.Life Poetry was the perfect title for this book. Regardless of where you come from, you can relate to the different stages of life presented throughout the book. I'm completely moved by her ability to connect with me...a complete stranger.

By Howard Lipman From the beginning, when the author compares life to a tree, we are off on a journey into a world of personal experiences beautifully communicated. Love, nature, dancing mingling with candles flickering, a menage of images. Personalities are explored with subtle gestures. Most of the poems are about the intereaction between two people, what others see, and what we don't see about ourselves. Common feelings that we all have , despondancy, hopelessness, the feeling of being down, and then climbing out of the dark, mingled with hope are described beautifully by this gifted poet. I especially liked "Two People", "The Mask", 'Two people in the rain","Forgiveness", Why", "You are the one" and a host of others.. Altogether a fine collection of poetry that addresses our feelings, what's inside, and what's outside, family issues, lost loves and much more! (Review by Howard Lipman. pen name Panorpheus, author of the 'Delphic Oracle', 'Songs and Stories', 'Mage and Source' books of alternate history fantasy with humor and steampunk elements)

Every poem is like a song that tells a tale. It spoke of sadness, love, God, depression, happiness and most importantly, remaining true to ourselves. The book taught me that being like someone else is a waste, for God created me just the way I should be. Other than that, it told me of how despite all the hardships and tribulations, God is always there to help and is All-Knowing and All-Powerful. The poems are very inspiring, always finding a way out of the darkness and into the light. The book touches on serious subjects as well, such as suicide and abuse. There's a mixture of light and dark in the book, but that is what life is. And that is why this book is called "Life Poetry". This is the type of book that one would want to read again and again. It touches the heart, mind and soul. I recommend this book to all poetry lovers, and to all readers looking for something beautiful and wondrous to read.
