In this third poetry collection we are treated to a diverse selection of poems in both style and subject matter. Each one delivered with the deeply thoughtful and multi-layered approach we have all come to know and love in his work. He has the ability to touch your heart, challenge you and then whisk you away on a flight of pure whimsy, all within the space of a few pages. His love of poetry and human connection threads through these poems in a rich vein of honesty and joyous creativity. My personal favourites are Single Ray, Retrospect and Willow Whisper... I wonder which ones will find a place in your heart?

The collection is both fun and whimsical while also touching deeper themes such as friendship and life -- including the glory of being given a another shot at life (beautifully expressed in the lyrical "Second chance").You will smile and laugh at the sheer whimsy of pieces like "Old Bob Macabre" or the plucky ode to a world favorite beverage, simply titled "Tea."But you will be equally be awed the thoughtfulness and somber beauty of "Retrospect" or the sheer fantasy of "Copper."
