About the Author Pamela O'Hara , writing under the pen name Dianne Cooper, spent more than two decades incarcerated in prisons across the country for non-violent crimes, all while proclaiming her innocence. Pamela is an advocate for incarcerated fathers and works to help them reestablish relationships with their children. She is a motivational speaker and encourages others to make the most of their situation, overcome obstacles, and make sure that one's past does not define one's future. Ms. O'Hara currently resides in Georgia and is the mother of three children, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Heartfelt By Shirley Townsend This a easy book to read. Knowing the characters in the book makes it even mot interesting. You never know the struggles that others are faced with until they tell their story. I cried as I read all that Dianne had to encounter. I applaud her decision to stand up for herself and always thinking about how it would affect her children. I could not have owned up to something I know I wasn't guilty of. God knows the plans that He has for our life. She may not understand it now but she will after while. Thanks for sharing. With love.
