1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Promotes a Sense of Peacefulness By Maureen Beautifully written. Such a gentle flow as the words turn into verses, and verses turn into poetry. I will never look at another tree the same way! Living in the city, I found myself wishing I lived closer to the quiet stillness of a forest. However, I could feel the sense of peacefulness throughthe authors words.

It would be hard to choose a favorite among the pages, though I'd have to say that two lines from the very first poem, Streams of Silence, settled in my gut with profound recognition. "No longer ripe with potential. Now only ripe with hope..." My heart knows what the author intends by these lines. And isn't that what tells the reader a poem is everything it should be? Keep writing, Ms. Stilwell.

These are words to listen to again and again. The words are powerful and lovely. I felt I was there seeing and feeling and experiencing these walks with Stillwell.
